Meet Our Team
Becky’s background is software and website design, development and management. She has a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems with minors in both Computer Science and Business Administration from Utah State University. She was employed for 14 years at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, designing, developing and managing Family History systems. She is currently a Corporate Trainer at Salt Lake Community College teaching technology classes. Becky loves to travel, camp, and go to hockey games!
For more than 20 years, Bonnie Lange has worked as an insurance professional, helping small employers create customized business plans. She has a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing from Cal State San Bernardino. The needs of others and being part of a positive solution are important to her. For that reason, she serves as the Treasurer for the Success Institute and for Skituations, Inc., another non-profit corporation aimed at ministering to children. Bonnie enjoys traveling, photography, baking, and spending time with her husband Benny, their grown children and their grandchildren.
Kristen's career background is in payroll, accounts payable, human resources and administrative assistance. She contributed much to the Career Institute Team as an Executive Administrative Assistant from 2007 to 2016. She enjoyed assisting applicants with enrollment paperwork and processing supportive service requests. She received her Associates degree from Brigham Young University, Idaho and is happily married with four wonderful children.
Cristine Holdaway has a background in accounting. She has a degree in Accounting and minor in Business from Brigham Young University. She has provided accounting services for the Career Institute and several other Inland Empire clients for the last 18 years. She also has been involved in church auxiliary organizations and loves working with young people. She has raised 5 children with her husband of 34 years and they enjoy playing with their 6 grandchildren. She also loves to read, bake and exercise.
Teresa Taylor is the Fundraising Coordinator for Success Institute. She skillfully oversees the organization and provides amazing resources to aid in the work everyone does. Teresa is gifted at creating partnerships to braid the funding and organizational strength that make our programs possible. Managing an organization that provides so much support to others requires an ability to keep people laughing and the atmosphere upbeat; this is another of Teresa's gifts. She is the director of strong emotional health and uses her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Brigham Young University to empower others to be their best. It is her passion to make a difference by sourcing funds for the Success Institute to be of significance in the lives of others.
